"The primary responsibility of all members of the team is mixing the audio for masses, funerals, Life Teen, and other events. This involves listening critically to balance and blend all the vocal parts with each other and the instruments, while ensuring that the spoken and sung word is clear and understandable.

When events are live-streamed, they mix both the house and the audio being sent to the video stream.

Advanced opportunities include learning/using more advanced mixing techniques using tools such as EQ and compression, maintaining the equipment, selecting mics for specific needs, and planning the gear layout for events."
