About Advent (Saturday Morning Live) & Lent (AM Shift) Events
Saturday Morning Live (Advent) and AM Shift (Lent) are opportunities to prepare for the two most important seasons in our Catholic calendar: Christmas and Easter. On two or three Saturdays during Advent and Lent we join our brothers from nearby parishes to prepare for and celebrate these Liturgical seasons, deepen our faith and live better lives as we approach the Holy Days of His birth and His resurrection.
“The seed sown on rocky ground is the one who hears the word and receives it at one with joy. But he has not root and lasts for only a time. But the seeds sown on rich soil is the one who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and yields a hundred or sixty or thirtyfold” Mt 13:20-23
